Great customer service, I am happy with this product!

In the last year and a half I dealt with basement flooding in my house 3 times with one time being 2 feet of water. Once in the fall and twice in the winter. After paying thousands the first time to dry my basement I borrowed 4 regular dehumidifiers from family to dry my basement the next time. With this I'm ready for the next next time but hoping I don't need it lol. I'm not a pro but this thing is easy to use with only a few taps and you're good to go. It is heavy but it has wheels and a pull out handle so you wheel it to where you want it. The noise level is a bit loud but it is a commercial device and being in the basement I don't hear it upstairs. When turning it off it has a 3 minute cool down so keep that in mind. I haven't messed with the wifi feature but that seems like more of a pro feature. It's better to have it when you don't need it then want it when you need it.
I own a water damage mitigation company. We got this dehumidifier on a job site and it dried in 2 days. I like having psychometrics being able to be on LCD screen. Going forward all my dehumidifiers will have this. I will purchase this again. The WiFi compatibilities make monitoring remotely easy. It is smaller than my other dehus but has same output.
As a professional restoration company, we have had the opportunity to use this unit on the job site now several times. At first glance the unit feels sturdy and well-built and has the kind of weight you would expect from a small dehumidifier. I really liked the onboard trapdoor on top with the drain tube and plug. It is nice that the plug is permanently attached which gives you 1 less attachment to worry about coming undone. The drain tube clips firmly in place and so far has held well. The controls are easy to understand and changes are easy to make. It is fairly intuitive and does not really require a manual to understand or set up. Perhaps the thing I like the most is the extendable handle which allows you to easily pull the unit behind you on the wheels that are attached on the back corners. It seems to go easily over doorjamb's and mildly uneven terrain. It of course does better on smooth floor or concrete. Overall I have to say I am very pleased with this dehumidifier. It seems to function as it should. We currently are using this dehumidifier and small spaces such as bathrooms which we are trying to dry out after flooding.
