- 6 Months: Parts and Labor — Includes coverage for replacement parts and unit shipment costs.
- 1 Year: Parts and Labor — Does not cover the shipment cost for sending the defective product for repair or replacement.
- 3 Years: Parts and Labor for Refrigeration System (Compressor, Condenser, and Evaporator) — Excludes transportation costs.
- 5 Years: Parts for Refrigeration System (Compressor, Condenser, and Evaporator) — Transportation costs not included.
To request warranty service, please contact Argendon at 888-770-8483 or email sales@argendon.com with your proof of purchase or order number. Argendon will decide whether to repair or replace the product.
Please retain the original packaging for potential returns. Products sent for repair without prior guidance from our customer service may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
