Please provide us with your desired specifications. These will serve as the foundation for our initial construction design. Based on this information, our engineers will start designing an assembly line and a system for testing and optimization.

Next, we will create a detailed 3D drawing of the unit. Once you approve the 3D drawing, we will proceed with the tooling and molding process. A comprehensive production plan will be established, outlining the expected timeline for the entire manufacturing process.

After you approve the design, we will commence production. Our production team will provide real-time updates to keep you informed at every stage, from the initial build to quality assurance.

The finished units will be shipped to our North Carolina warehouse. At this stage, you can choose to either collect your entire order in one pickup or store your units in our warehouse and retrieve partial quantities as needed.
