Works great!
This was not part of our budget as we were shopping for a new house in Raleigh, nc however apparently it's pretty important to have in your crawl space. Our home inspector found that the one that was previously in the house no longer worked and due to the moisture that it was highly recommended to replace the old one. I had to do a lot of research since it was an unexpected cost and I didn't know anything about them. We never had one of these in Atlanta nor encapsulated growing up. I compared this one to another one that they had on home depot website and this was $177 cheaper. Same size, same collection, and both had the pump built in. The return or warranty on this one was better also. Thankfully, since the house already had one, power was already down there and the plastic was already hung up otherwise it would've cost us more to have an electrician come out, but I also wouldn't I'd known whst size I needed. Also, when getting home owners insurance, the company said I was going to save $31 a year.
The company I work for and ordered this for has been using this everyday, we have had multiple units flood due to grade issues and after comparing prices it was better to just buy one versus renting one and we have the labor company relocate it as needed. The drain easily goes into the hvac condensate drain pipe and we will save thousands versus having the rental company charging us. It is working well to dry the units out and has a 5 year warranty in case anything goes wrong with it. The guys had it setup and out of the box in 5 minutes and running in 10 minutes after placement and hooking up the electricity. The size is ideal for our space and the flooded apartments.
Working good
